Location:
Clemens Crossing Pool in Hickory Ridge Village on Martin Road and Clemens Crossing Elementary School in Columbia, MD.

Timetable:
MANDATORY Packet Pickup and Check-In:
When: Friday, July 23, 2010, 2pm-7pm, or Saturday, July 24, 2010, 9am-3:30pm

Mandatory Race Talk:
When: Saturday, July 24, 2010, 4:30pm
Where: Clemens Crossing Elementary School -- hill between school fields and pool.

Sunday, July 25, 2010:
6:30am - 8:00am - Bike Racking
8:30am - Ages 13-15 start
8:45am - Ages 11-12 start
9:00am - Ages 9-10 start
9:15am - Ages 7-8 start
*Start times are approximate - Participants start in waves based upon their age.


Entry Fees:
Entry fee:
$60 – USAT Annual Member (All youth must be annual members of USAT in advance of youth events.)

At Packet Pickup, each child will be required to show proof of an annual USAT membership. Parents can go to USAT for Youths to obtain a one year youth membership.


Refund Policy:
There are NO REFUNDS for entry fees. Please understand this policy prior to registering!

Distances:
Ages 7-8: Swim 50 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run .5 mile
Ages 9-10: Swim 100 yards, Bike 2 miles, Run .5 mile
Ages 11-12: Swim 150 yards, Bike 4 miles, Run 1 mile
Ages 13-15: Swim 200 yards, Bike 6 miles, Run 1.5 mile


** A participants age category is determined by the age of the child as of 12/31/10 **

Items to Bring on Race Day:
Two towels - one for the pool and one to sit on near your bike
Goggles
Swim suit
Swim Cap that was given in the packet
Numbers that were given in the packet
Socks
Shirt for after swim to wear for bike and run
Bicycle
Helmet
Shoes for cycling and running
Water bottle to sip from at transitions (we will provide Lemon Lime Gatorade Endurance on course)
Dry clothes for after the race
