Whether you are a beginning bicyclist or are looking to brush up on your skills, the BAHC and the MORE have the knowledge to take you anywhere from the road to the mountains. Learn riding safety, equipment basics, repair and maintenance fundamentals, and essential riding techniques all while following one basic principle: It’s supposed to be fun! Cyclo-Cross consists of many laps of a short course featuring pavement, wooded trails, grass, steep hills and obstacles; bring a mountain bike or cyclo-cross bike. Road Biking and Mountain Biking include 2 hours for equipment check and riding (bring your bicycle for these courses). Bike Commuting is a classroom session/demonstration. Visit for course outlines.
