Refund Requests

Before completing your refund request, please examine the refund parameters and policies outlined below for your event and confirm that a refund will be available.

Refunds will be considered up to midnight of the cut-off date listed below, and any refund amount will be affected by administrative and handling fees, also as described below. No refunds will be issued after the listed cut-off date, without exception, no matter the circumstance.

Any & All CTA race entries and entry fees are non transferable between events, or between athletes. Entries cannot be rolled over to another year.

Selling of your race entry slot is strictly prohibited. If you do sell your race slot, you will be disqualified from the race and you, as well as the entrant who purchased your slot, will be disqualified from other CTA events for a minimum of 2 years.

There are NO refunds given for community/charity slots since this money is allocated directly toward charity. Your fees are tax deductible to the fullest extend allowed by law.

Please understand this policy prior to signing up for the race.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing refunds.

Please recall that when you registered for the event, you checked a box indicating your understanding and acceptance of the event's refund policy.

TriColumbia DOES NOT manage refunds for The Make-A-Wish Triathlon. Please contact Tara Wilson Jones ONLY to request a refund for The Make-A-Wish Triathlon. DO NOT CONTACT HER REGARDING ANY OTHER EVENTS.
