TriColumbia Training LogoIntroducing TriColumbia Training, providing clinics and training programs to prepare and support athletes at all levels for endurance events. TriColumbia’s coaching team is staffed by individuals who are recognized for their depth of experience and expertise in a single sport (swimming, biking or running.) These specialists work together to bring the same level of excellence to training that TriColumbia has brought to triathlon and running events for nearly 30 years.  Our goal is to produce the most effective training programs which will encompass all the components required to help you get to the top of your game.  Programs are designed to insure athletes participating in events have a positive experience during the preparation stage as well as on race day.

 

  • Kidz & Teens
    Whether your kids are 6 or 14… or anywhere in between, we have a training program for them.  Our programs are designed to address safety, and skill development with an emphasis on having fun.  Youth will begin to realize the importance of living an active life, setting performance goals, and will gain the confidence to compete at the next level.
     
  • Sprint Distance
    Whether you have participated before, or are just starting out in triathlon or running events, we’ve got the perfect training programs for you.  Our coaches are skilled in helping beginners develop the skills necessary to successfully compete.  In addition, participants will improve their cardiovascular conditioning, learn about proper nutrition, and best of all, significantly increase their energy level, thereby acquiring a healthy and fit lifestyle.

    Athletes at all levels need to continually develop their skills, eliminate bad habits, and learn beneficial approaches to enhancing and maintaining health and fitness.  Whether you are interested in improving your times, honing your cardiovascular conditioning or learning proper nutritional habits, our programs will benefit you.  We focus on the latest techniques not only to avoid injury, but to raise your swimming, biking and runnng efficiency to the next level.
