The goal of our Sprint training programs is to assist athletes at the Sprint level in reaching their true potential while having fun in the process. Participants will work with coaches who are trained in each of the three sports, and will learn techniques, which will significantly improve performance. With an emphasis on safety, as well as, preparation, each developing triathlete will be more confident on race day.

"A BIG thank you to you and your team for putting on such a great open water clinic last Sunday at Gunpowder Falls State Park! Have to admit that I went into the clinic knowing little about swimming competitively in open water so I did not know what to expect. I came away with a wealth of information thanks to your teaching, guidance and support. Much appreciated! To top it off, I am now more confident and feel better prepared to take on the challenge that Iron Girl has to offer. Please tell Mei Mei that I am "in my box" and "eyeing my exit!"
~ Robyn P., Age Group Athlete
"I just completed EagleMan, my first half ironman distance
triathlon. A key to my preparation was to attend Tricolumbia's
Endurance Camp. During the weekend event I was able to swim and bike
the actual EagleMan courses which gave me welcomed familiarity on race
day. The instructions I received in each discipline were great, and I
put a lot of the suggestions to use during my race. I would recommend
the camp highly to anyone planning an upcoming triathlon of any
distance."
~ David Calcagno, M.D., Age Group Athlete
"Thank you again for organizing this event. It was the BEST!!!! Loved it!!"
~Cindy S., Age Group Athlete
"Just wanted to thank you all for the awesome swim this weekend! It was so helpful and I was so glad that I participated. I think my next tri will be so much more relaxed because of the swim and all the "tips" by everybody.
Thanks again!"
~ Renee P., Age Group Athlete
"The indoor bike training class is amazing. My overall fitness is better and my legs' strength and tone have improved tremendously. I've become more confident and comfortable on my bike and feel like I'm much better prepared to compete in my first triathlon."
~ Heather, Age Group Athlete
"As a 64-year-old non-athlete, I was a nervous and reluctant candidate for this basic training camp, but TriColumbia has given me the skills and confidence to move ahead. They can clearly challenge the young and gifted, and the old and skittish."
~ Age Group Athlete
"It was very comforting for me to see a friendly face bobbing out by that buoy when i was feeling a bit nervous and seasick."
~ Age Group Athlete
